support while you wait

We understand that it can be a big step to seek help so it can feel frustrating when there isn't space to see someone straight away. If you are on the waitlist to visit headspace Berri or any other service in the Riverland, below is a list of some online tools, and other resources and support while you wait.

These same suggestions may be useful for people who aren't quite ready to seek in-person support yet, or who would value some extra support in between sessions. Everyone needs different support at different times in our lives, so what works for one person may not work for another.

We also have a list of resources dedicated to LGBTQIA+ young people, which you can find here.
