Do you want to help shape the future of mental health support for young people and families in Bundaberg?

Strong family support is pivotal to young people’s health and wellbeing and we acknowledge that. We value feedback and the support of family, friends and carers of the young people we look after.

 

Advisory Group Chats and Community Education Sessions will be held the last Tuesday of every month. Please get in touch to find out upcoming topics. 

In 2021 we have set aside the below dates to hold educational sessions at our Bundaberg centre, please book in by emailing headspacebundaberg@youturn.org.au :

  • 30 March - Understanding Confidentiality and Privacy
  • 27 April – Understanding Bullying
  • 22 June – Understanding ASD & Mental Health
  • 31 Aug – Understanding Gaming & Social Media
  • 26 Oct – Understanding Respectful Relationships

We are also looking for family and friends representatives to join us. We ask for your input, we value your voice, and we need your direction. We want to make sure we provide the most effective, holistic and relevant services for young people in Bundaberg. If you are passionate about spreading mental health awareness, helping others and supporting headspace to do the best we can, please get in touch
