and Mind Centre will CLOSE on Monday 19th
December 2016 and will RE-OPEN on Tuesday

www.ecouch.anu.edu.au is an interactive online self-help program for young people
experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown and grief and loss.
www.mycompass.org.au is an interactive online self-help program for people over
18yrs old, who are experiencing mild to moderate stress, anxiety and depression.
is a unique mindfulness meditation web and app based
program for young people.
www.reachout.com provides specially targeted information to help any young person who visits the service. When they visit ReachOut.com, a young person will be guided
to practical tools designed just for their needs, even when they don’t know what they’re looking for.
www.mindspot.org.au is a free service for people over the age of 18 with stress,
worry, anxiety, low mood or depression. They provide mental health Screening Assessments; Treatment Courses and they help people find local services that can
