Being a young person can be extremely tough at times, there can be study, work, managing friendships and family relationships and not to mention hormones, all happening at once. The Smiling Mind app is one of many apps out there that has been created to assist young people in keeping mentally healthy. Developed by a group of psychologists the app is free, easily accessible and has a range of different activities to explore including education, corporate and sport.
