Registration are open for the 2021 Push up Challenge!!
Over 25 days in June, participants are challenged to complete 3,318 push-ups in total, representing the number of deaths by suicide in Australia in 2019 (ABS, year of last available data).
The Push-Up Challenge is for everyone. Participants can aim for 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the daily push-up target and you can spread out your push-ups across the day.
Alternatives to push-ups are also very welcome (such as sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises).
We would love for you to be involved in the challenge either by building your own team, doing the challenge solo or donating to headspace Lilydale or headspace Knox.
