Would you like to understand your anger and aggression more? Would you like to be able to recognise when you get angry and what you can do instead?
If you are aged 12 to 16, Chill Skills sessions will help you build some skills that make it easier to deal with anger and aggression to give you a better outcome.
When: Each Wednesday starting 13th February to 20th March 2019 (6 week program)
Time: 3.30pm - 5pm
