Youth Mental Health Info Night For Family & Friends
Are you a family member or friend of a young person aged 12-25 years?
Young people can go through many different changes as they grow up. Raising sensitive issues and working to resolve problems that arise along the way can be challenging. It can also be hard as a family member or friend to know the difference between normal adolescent behavior and an emerging mental health problem. If a young person develops a mental health problem it is important that they get support from both their family and friends and health professionals.
Come along to headspace Woodville's Youth Mental Health for Families & Friends Night to celebrate World Mental Health Day and learn how to recognize when your young person might be experiencing a mental health concern, how to support your young person's mental wellbeing, and what types of services are available for young people.
