headspace Tuggeranong is a safe space that welcomes & supports young people aged 12–25, their families, friends & carers. Our goal is to ensure that any young person, friend or family member seeking support is helped to find the right services for them & their needs.

All of our services are free & voluntary. Scroll down for a list of services.

headspace Tuggeranong is operated by Grand Pacific Health. All headspace services are funded by the Australian Government Department of Health. Administration of funding is carried out by the headspace centre’s local Primary Health Network, in this case, Canberra Health Network.

Services

Mental health workers – which may include psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and other workers – that can help if you're just not feeling yourself.

Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with any alcohol or other drug concern.

GPs can help with any physical health issues as well as issues related to sexual health, drug or alcohol use, relationship problems or feeling down or upset. Your centre may have a GP on site or links to one locally. 

Workers either on site or linked to the centre who can assist you with work or study opportunities.

If you are a young person aged 12-25 enquiring about headspace Tuggeranong services, you do not require a formal referral.

 

If you have questions or would like to book an appointment you can:

  • walk in to the center at 167 Soward Way, Greenway, ACT

  • give us a call on 02 6298 2920 

  •  or fill in your own Self-Referral Form

 

If you are a friend, family member or carer, you can phone to book an appointment on behalf of a young person and we do request that you discuss this with the young person first to make sure they are happy to come along.

Sometimes it can be helpful to make a referral on behalf of someone.

 

If you're making an appointment for a family member or a friend, please note that the young person needs to be aware of and consent to the referral.
