Are you an experienced leader who enjoys working with programs that both connect with community and providing one on one support? We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced leader within our headspace Lismore and Social Futures team working in outreach locations surrounding Lismore, to provide mental health support to young people.

Supporting a multidisciplinary team this role will see you utilize your skills in people leadership, practice knowledge and support and building community capacity within the youth mental health and wellbeing team led by headspace Lismore. 

Reporting to the Program Manager – headspace Lismore this role will see you providing support to a team of Program Workers- Youth Access, headspace Lismore Yarn Safe worker and headspace Community Engagement Officer. 

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to be flexible in your approach, effectively manage competing priorities whilst providing support to the team based around evidence-based practice.
