We also have a number of other health professionals who provide services at headspace Warwick. We are always seeking expressions of interest for General Practitioners, Psychologists, Social Workers, and other Allied Health Professionals.

headspace Warwick also works with Universities and other Tertiary Institutions across Australia to allow students to complete work placements within our service. If you're a client or potential client, this may mean that you could be asked if it's okay for a student to sit in on your appointment. This allows the students to fulfill the practicum requirements of their course and helps us to make future health workers aware of the way a headspace site functions.

headspace Warwick provides after hours appointments on a Tuesday morning and Thursday evening.  Please talk to reception for more information

If you are aged between 12-25 (or know someone who is) and want to make a difference to the support available to young people in the Southern Downs, then jump aboard our Youth Reference Group (YRG)! Young people are at the heart of all that we do at headspace Warwick. We know you are experts in your own lives and through youth participation you have the opportunity to inform the work of our service, ensuring the service is suitable for, and engages directly with, young people in the local community.

No experience is necessary as we provide orientation and training from headspace National, and all the in-house support you need to give you the skills and knowledge required to become an advocate for youth mental health in the Southern Downs community. The group meets fortnightly on Monday afternoons in the community room.

If you're interested, please check out this link to an EOI for YRG form. The form makes it super easy to register your interest in joining our YRG and once complete we will get in contact with you ASAP to talk further. If there are any issues with the form give us a call on 07 4661 1999 or drop in and have a chat with us about the YRG.

If you do not already have a Medicare Card you can find all the information you need at this link

If you are unable to access Medicare, don't worry! You are still able to access support through our centre, please phone us on 07 4661 1999 to discuss your options. We can also refer you to other services to help you gain access to support without Medicare, such as the PHN funded Mental Health Navigator and other government funded agencies.

Here is our Community Referral Form for anyone who needs to refer someone to our centre

We always appreciate the input of family and friends. Please complete this survey to give us feedback on our service.
